Readers of The Lawrentian will have already seen this story about our new food service vendor, Bon Appetit, but if you’re an alum or friend of Lawrence, you may not have caught it. This is an exciting step towards making sustainability part of our daily life at Lawrence. I’m glad that we’re spending our dining services budget with a company that has chosen to provide this kind of food.
